E&E are true professionals with amazing eye for detail, unmatched talent, and spectacular customer service. This is not my first purchase. This purchase I made a special request. I have another pair slightly thinner set I gave to my daughter. I requested a thicker pair because I like my earrings big. My message was responded to promptly. E&E professionally managed my request for a reasonable fee. Most jewelers can’t or won’t make this sort of accommodation. These earrings are my absolute favorite. I was already in love with the pair I gave to my teenager. Who knew I’d love these even more. There is another review w/pic if you’re curious.
