Zero transparency about exorbitant fees and taxes. I ordered real gold jewelry, but it arrived in cheap packaging that looks like low-grade costume jewelry—no refinement at all.
When I tried to cancel and return the items due to the hidden costs, their customer service was awful. They refused to take back two pieces, claiming they were "on promotion," which was never clearly stated on the website. Deceptive practices and terrible customer support. They don’t even deserve one star. Save your money!
