Hasn’t bothered my skin. The post is small, which I prefer for my tragus.
It screws on and took me a little while to put on, but feels secure once fastened.

I knew it was going to be tiny, but it was still tinyer than I expected! Also note: it’s a screw in! Which is great, just make sure you know that so you don’t break it by tugging on it.
